Stage 2 – 215 HP Package

The Ultimate 91-Octane Trail Performance Package

Fits all 2019–2021 900 ACE Turbo models and 2022 900 ACE Turbo Expedition

The Precision EFI Stage 2 is the next step for riders who demand maximum trail performance while maintaining the reliability and drivability expected from a factory-quality calibration.

Producing 215 HP on 91-octane pump fuel, Stage 2 delivers an incredible 65 HP increase over stock, transforming the 900 ACE Turbo into an exceptionally powerful, responsive, and exciting snowmobile.

Rather than pushing the factory hardware beyond its intended limits, Precision EFI engineered a complete system specifically designed to safely support this power level. By combining our proven ECU calibration with carefully selected performance components, Stage 2 delivers outstanding performance without compromising long-term reliability.

Throttle response is dramatically improved, boost builds instantly, and acceleration is significantly stronger throughout the entire RPM range. Whether you're carving tight trails or making long full-throttle pulls across open lakes, Stage 2 delivers consistent performance in every riding condition.

Clutch Calibration

To achieve the full performance potential of Stage 2, the Precision EFI Adjustable Clutch Ramp Kit is required.

Recommended Starting Setup

• Target RPM: 8,000–8,100 RPM
• Precision EFI Adjustable Ramp Kit: SKI-900R-CLUTCH-RAMP-69G
• Starting Weight: 74.9 g total
• Apply Blue or Purple Loctite to all adjustment screws.
• As a starting point, position the adjustment screws so the heads sit flush with the top of the ramp (heel position).

Fine-Tuning

Perform a full-throttle acceleration while progressively applying the throttle to minimize track spin.

Once engine RPM stabilizes:

• If RPM exceeds 8,100, add weight.
• If RPM is below 8,000, remove weight.

Snow conditions, temperature, elevation, and track traction all influence clutch RPM, so minor adjustments may be required for optimum performance.

Kit Includes

• Precision EFI Stage 2 ECU Calibration
• Precision EFI Stainless Steel High-Flow Downpipe
• TiAL External Wastegate
• Precision EFI High-Performance Fuel Upgrade Kit

Designed for serious trail riders, the Precision EFI Stage 2 offers an exceptional combination of 215 HP, lightning-fast throttle response, outstanding reliability, and factory-like drivability. Delivering 65 additional horsepower while running on 91-octane pump fuel, it is one of the most complete and refined high-performance packages available for the 900 ACE Turbo.
