The Precision EFI Stage 1 adds 18 WHP to the Outlander 850. That's 24% more power to the wheels, for the 850 our adjustable clutch weight are mandatory to achieve those gain.

Adjustable Speed Limit

Precision EFI have developped an adjustable speed limit for the learning key. 

The adjustment is only possible with the performance key. Once adjusted to your desired speed , the learning key will be limited.

This flash works with 87 Octane fuel, but we highly recommend using 91 Octane exclusively.

Keep the OEM ECU and all its must-have features

The new ECU in your Outlander 850 2025+, the Bosch MG1 is by far the most advanced in the ATV industry. The new Bosch ECU is almost 2 years of development from a group of BRP and Bosch engineers. Without a significant investment made by an ultra-experienced and competent firm, it's impossible to match this technological advanced ECU.
The MG1 incorporates several essential features such as Cold Start Technology and the ultra-advanced and adaptive knock system that acts instantly to adjust the engine setting depending on the quality and octane rating to eliminate the risk of engine damage.

Ramp adjustment starting point
For a stock spring and helix combination in good condition, to achieve the target RPM. Please note; a modified spring and helix combination affects the final result. Therefore, we cannot provide settings for every application.

The test should be performed as follows: accelerate quickly but gradually to avoid slippage. While accelerating, wait for the RPM to stabilize, then take an RPM reading. If the RPM is too high, add weight; if too low, reduce the weight. 
Note that surface conditions vary and affect RPM.

- Target RPM: 7800  
- add 2.8 g for a total weight of 80.8g on each ramp (use purple or blue Loctite). 
- A screw head flush with the top of the hole (at the heel) is the most common setting.
